   • Prices listed in the system are in peso and may change without prior notice.
   • Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery, GCash, Bank Transfer.
   • For online payments, orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery and Pick-Up

   • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors.
   • Delivery charges may apply and will be disclosed before you confirm your order.
   • For pick-up orders, please collect your items within the scheduled time to maintain product freshness and quality.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

   • Refunds are subject to Esang Delicacies' refund policy and may take 1 business days to process.
   • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer are not the responsibility of Esang Delicacies.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

   • Personal information you provide will only be used to process and deliver your orders.
   • We will not share your details with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
